mFortune games can be downloaded either from this website or from mFortune's WAP site at http://mfmc.mobi (directly from your mobile device).

The games are completely FREE to download. However, you may be charged a small fee by your mobile internet service depending on your service provider for data which will be sent to your phone. If you are unsure about charges, we recommend you check with your mobile service provider.

Once the download is complete, you have the mFortune Casino game of your choice ready to use on your mobile device.

The location in your phone menu is dependent on your mobile device. Usually, applications are saved in the "Applications" or the "Games" folder.

The application name is "mFortune NAME" (the name space is for the name of the game you chose to download, I.e. mFortune Blackjack, mFortune Roulette).

Your phone should be WAP/GPRS enabled. GPRS stands for General Packet Radio Service which is an always on data service tied into existing GSM networks that are provided by a carrier network provider. When using GPRS, you are charged for data transferred (amount of data downloaded) regardless of the length of your connection. WAP stands for Wireless Application Protocol and simply means you can access the Internet from your mobile phone.

It is very likely that you already have the WAP/GPRS connection activated on your phone; if not, the provider should be able to enable GPRS on your mobile within a few hours. This is usually done by sending you an SMS which contains the GPRS settings. For more information, you can also check your mobile provider website: O2, Orange, T-Mobile, Virgin and Vodafone.

You can play for free without registration; however, to play for real money you will need to register. Registering is quick and easy. Simply download any mFortune game, go to the main menu, click register, and the user is requested to start a quick registration process (verifying their age, choosing a user name and a private access code, and accepting the terms and conditions). Once the registration is complete, the user will not need to go through the registration process again. See Getting Started pages for more detailed information.

YES! All mFortune games are available to play for fun. In order to play for free, you can choose Play Demo in the game main-menu.

In the main-menu of the game, select Play for Real then insert your private access code or otherwise known as Personal Identification Number (PIN). The game will then start.

If this is your first time at the casino, a short registration process will be required before playing for real money.

The account number is the mobile number from which the application was downloaded (including the country code, e.g. 447888***888 in the United-Kingdom). The password is the four-digit number chosen by you as your PIN code during the registration process.

This may be due to a bad or slow connection with your mobile carrier or the wrong private code entered by the player. In case of an incorrect private code, an appropriate error message will be displayed. If this happens, try to login again by restarting the game.

In case you forgot your PIN code the only solution is to contact the mFortune Support Centre. You will be requested to answer some short questions based on the registration details for security reasons.
If you want to change the PIN code you can use both the game menu on the phone ('Options' choice after you are logged in), or on the mFortune website My Account section.
