mFortune’s Christmas Campaign Terms and Conditions
mFortune’s ‘Santa Search!’ Christmas Campaign starts on 26th November 2020 and ends on 4th January 2021 (the ‘Promotional Period’).
Providing they are eligible for bonuses, both new and existing customers will be able to enter each prize draw (totalling a share of £20,000 bonus credit, 45,000 free spins and 24 physical prizes) by depositing £10, staking through this during the promotional period and also meeting the different staked criteria for each prize draw tier.
General bonus restrictions, contained in Section 7 of our general Terms and Conditions apply to our prize draws.
The total amount given away in the prize draws will be £20,000 bonus credit, 45,000 free spins and 24 physical prizes.
Free spins and bonus credit will need to be claimed by players within 24hrs, by logging into their mFortune account.
Players may make more than one entry into the individual prize draws, (by meeting the staked criteria individually, multiple times) however, players are only eligible for a single win from the individual prize draws.
Players are eligible for a win from multiple individual prize draws as long as they meet the staked criteria from the applicable tier.
Winnings from the share of up to £20,000 bonus credit and 45,000 free spins prize draws are paid as bonus credit with a 20x wagering requirement.
The winners of the prize draw will be selected at random from the pool of qualifying deposits; this random selection will be made using a Random Number Generator (RNG).
By making a qualifying deposit during the promotional period and entering the prize draw, all players agree to honour the decision of the random selection when the promotional period comes to an end.
You can withdraw any unspent deposits. Withdrawing unspent qualifying deposits during the promotional period will void entry to our prize draw.

Winners of free spins and bonus credit will be contacted by SMS within 7 days of the promotional period ending, with prizes being applied to accounts from the 7th January 2021 onwards. Larger prizes split over subsequent days (Max 100 FS daily). 24 hours expiry.
Physical prizes will be announced from the 7th January 2021 onwards. Winners will need to contact customer support on 01384 884468 within 7 days of SMS contact date to arrange physical prize delivery.
