How will my prize be delivered?

If you order a physical prize from the loyalty shop, it will be delivered by post to the address registered to your mFortune account. If you order an e-voucher, after it has been processed by our team, you’ll receive a text message with details of how to use your e-voucher. How do I collect Bingo Loyalty Points?

You will be automatically registered on the loyalty scheme when you register an mFortune account and start playing bingo, and you’ll get 100 loyalty points to start you off. You will be awarded two points for every £1 that you spend on Bingo tickets. How long does it take for delivery of my gift?

If you order a physical product from the loyalty shop, it will usually be delivered within 3-5 working days to the address registered to your account. When you order an e-voucher, your requested will be processed by our team within 1-2 working days. You will receive a text message when your e-voucher is available and ready to spend! If you have registered your email address with us, you will also receive an email confirmation.

Can I have my gift delivered to a different address?

For security reasons, physical gifts must be delivered to the address as registered with mFortune. If you request an e-voucher, this will be delivered by SMS to the phone number registered to your mFortune account. If you have registered your email address with us, you will also receive an email confirmation.

Can I transfer my points to another account or to another person?

Sorry but points are non-transferable.

Can I use my points in other companies loyalty shops?

Sorry, our points can only be used in the mFortune Loyalty shop.

Can I win cash if I exchange my points for bonus money?

How long will it take to get enough points to get a prize?

We are not like other loyalty schemes where it is impossible to earn prizes. All the prizes are fairly distributed to enable them to be realistically achievable. You get 2 points per every £1 you spend on bingo tickets and you only need 250 points to get the first prize in the shop.

Are there any wagering requirements for loyalty points converted to casino credits?

By way of example only: you have deposited £5, credited to your Cashable Credit account, and have received a first deposit match bonus of £10, credited to your Bonus Credit Account; your Bonus Wagering Requirement is £200 (i.e. 20 x bonus of £10); you elect to stake £10 on a slots game; as you do not have enough Cashable Credit to cover your stake, the remaining £5 (50%) will be deducted from your Bonus Credit and your Bonus Credit Wagering Requirement Balance will be reduced by £5 to £195; you win £50; £25 of your winnings (i.e. 50%) will be credited to your Cashable Credit account; and £25.00 of your winnings (i.e. 50%) will be credited to your Bonus Credit account.
