Who Wants to be a Millionaire?

Who Wants to be a Millionaire?

Published on: Wed, 08 May 2019 by mFortune

Here at mFortune, we know it’s easy to think that millionaires have it all, that the sky would be the limit… and yet, we couldn’t help but wonder what we couldn’t get, even if we had a million pounds?

Curiosity gripped us, and as a result you can now find below a list of things you still couldn’t get, even if you had a spare million lying around in the bank:

An apartment in London…

Sure, we know that there are apartments that cost less than a million pounds, however in the centre of London, you won’t really have a pick of the litter with this fine amount. With some of London’s current listings, you could pay in the millions for a 1 bedroom flat. Crazy, right? Let’s just hope they come with some great WiFi, so you can still play our epic game, Cat and Mouse!

A Bugatti La Voiture Noire…

Costing a whopping £9.5 million, this jet black car would certainly be out of your prize range! Reaching 260 miles per hour, this luxury supercar would be an extravagance indeed – where you would need to go this quickly though, we’re not that sure… But if you’re a fast cars fan, why not try out Monte Carlo for the Prize Trail driving mini-game?

The Pink Star…

Costing roughly £54 million, the Pink Star diamond is one of the most expensive diamonds in the world. With a hue of fuscia, in a bed of white gold, while it’d be the perfect declaration of love, you’ll need a smidge more money than a million pounds! Why not see if you can spot a diamond or two of your own in Wild Diamond Wins?

Aeternitas Mega 4 by Franck Muller…

Meet this beauty of a watch, created by Franck Muller. However, it’s priced at $2.7million (£2,074,000), all for the convenience of knowing the time, date, and a bunch of other stuff you can tell on dials. It might even have a compass on it – we’re not sure, really. At this point, it’s just a blur of figures… but, for $2.7 million, you’d want all that information, right? Hopefully you can set an alarm or two, too, for your daily dose of Super Win 7s.

The Tales of Beedle the Bard…

Yes, you’ll know this one – that tiny book written by J.K Rowling. Sorry if we got you excited as you stand there with your standard edition, suddenly convinced this is worth over £3 million. No, we don’t mean the edition you got on Amazon, but instead the leather-bound, hand-written and hand-illustrated manuscript put together by J.K Rowling herself. This is the most expensive modern manuscript to have ever sold, with only 7 of them existing in the world. Amazing! It’d make a great book to casually read while you leave the mobile slots game, Vegas Vegas on auto-spin!

While none of us here at mFortune can fathom ever wanting to spend so much money on one item, we thought it was worth the research just to see how that 0.1% live… Because surely not all the millionaires would be this frivolous with their money… Right?

But now we want to know what you would buy if you were a millionaire – So why not tell us? You can find our Facebook page here, and let us know in the comments!
